Job Description

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by ensuring accurate reporting and mitigating trade loss while maintaining compliance within Settlement controls and processes.

Contract: 9 Months

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Cashiers all delivery routes and Pepsi Equipment Service routes daily
  • Reconciles and prepares bank deposits
  • Periodic cashiering/deposits of special events & Employee sales
  • Periodic review of auto finalization and auto settlement is performed to identify/address issues – inquire on cause of exceptions and action plan to course correct.
  • Escalates driver over/shorts to Delivery Supervisors
  • Manages all delivery documents to internal compliance
  • Sort and send route documents to head office Accounts Receivable team daily
  • Responsible for reviewing head office Settlement reports and providing trend analysis to Delivery Supervisors/Manager
  • Maintenance/Filing of documents daily
  • Review Control and Compliance specific reports to identify trends

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Job Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree/diploma is considered an asset
  • Previous 3-5 years administration experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment required
  • Proficient in PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Self-starter, with good organizational skills, and detail-oriented
  • Team oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and planning skills focused on the ability to plan, prioritize and execute
