Job Description

  1. Scope of business: fully manage portfolio of two brands, Cheetos and Tasty snacks
  2. Business Performance:
    1. Deliver volume, revenue, profit, SOM and Penetration targets.
    2. Understands the business, landscape, competitive environment and consumer insights.
    3. Manages brand P&L.
    4. Analyze brand performance across all metrics and take corrective actions to deliver the targets.
  3. Strategic Planning and Execution: leads the development of brand vision, annual plans and budgets. Amplifies or create brand activations via engage, brief and monitor agencies within company network. Delivers brand plans through collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, finance etc), sector and category teams and develop new business opportunities.
  4. Innovation: Leads the design and delivery of brand innovation projects.
  5. Communication: lead the creation/development of ATL communication and executes it on-time. Ensures brands communication are aligned with brand equity KPIs.
  6. Execution: ensures on-time and efficient brand plan execution and executes management requests on-time. Manage the plans and budget for advertising and promotional items.
  7. Relationship Management: effectively collaborates with internal stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, accounting, planning, commercialization, operations) and external stakeholders (ATL/BTL agencies, media shops, PR agencies).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Key Skills/Experience Required
  • University degree, post graduate studies in Business or Marketing will be considered as asset.
  • Strong spoken and written English language
  • Min 5 years of strong Marketing experience in managerial position with proven record of results both in business and people.
  • Strong leadership skills on taking others with you, and strong influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to foresee business opportunities and create the brand vision and strategy.
  • Ability to work in complex projects and complex organization matrix.
