Job Description

  • 2 + years experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Payroll experience with SAP and Kronos preferred
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Experience in prioritizing work multi-tasking- strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills- discretion with sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Respects values & differences, acts with integrity and justice


Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise

· Work with EDM/CESR/AR team re: Masterfiles (Set up new Customer #'s, inactivate customers, add loc/credit app, CETS maintenance for equipment placement, NSF customer payment term changes, org or route maintenance, set up nat'l account outlet numbers, sales tax exemptions, eCheck setup)

· Ad Hoc ERT reporting

· Create and distribute Bar Codes for Accounts

· DOT (VCR/HOS) Tracking - (eDOT system)

· First Advantage LPO - Driver Supervisor/Manager or Safety Manager reviews the First Advantage Regulatory report by Driver monthly, to ensure a valid CDL and medical card is on file in the DQF for each driver.

· Random Drug Testing (Quarterly)

· Arctree Administration - Access and work/research/answer appropriately ArcTree Cases by SLA date

· Absenteeism/Late/Tardies Tracking for Department; Tardies / Lates (Bulk & Merch) - Once a week.

· New Hire onboarding (svc ctr, handbook signed, ee id, orientation training ) // Employee HR related questions / posting positions; New Hire Orientation

· Supplier Requests

Technical Skills:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
  • Maintain calendars and schedules both on and off-site meetings
  • Monitor emails and phone calls: proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
  • Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
  • Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
  • Administer specific applications/time bound processes include specific SME tasks (AP, CETS, ArcTree, ESC, ERT, FFP, Kronos/SAP Masterfile’s, Respond & recover) in an accurate and timely manner
  • Work on special projects as necessary
