Job Description

Main Purpose
This role would be primarily involved in the following activities:

  • To support execution of sector wide SS managed TR activity & TM activity
  • Using technology to help standardised people processes in Talent Management & TR activities
  • Project manage execution; determine elements in processes that can be standardized/centralized for Shared Services.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting in centralising COC and Anti-bribery - Follow up with employee / Regions to ensure the training is completed within global timelines
  • Support the data reporting requirement from the Performance Rewards tool for the AMENA Sector. (All available reports in the tools for Bonus & Focal Point)
  • Validation of the compensation records in the EC vs Performance rewards tools
  • Support in enhancement of Performance Rewards tool for India & Egypt market by coordinating market requirements with the Global team & also working with AMENA (China , APAC, Sector HQ , Saudi Arabia markets on future enhancement of the Performance Rewards Tool)
  • Support markets in knowledge management of Performance Rewards Tool
  • Coordinating with markets for all mass upload activity for AMENA on Performance Rewards Tool (Promotion, Merit %, Equity %, Ratings)
  • Head count report submitting on monthly basis. (HFM Entity – ATO – AMENA Dashboard)
  • Support & coordinate the activities with Global & Regions for the Chairman’s Award including nomination process / administration around the awards & the winners travel
  • Audit of the access rights of Performance Rewards Tool & my P & D. Drive governance around the tool access & supporting markets in trouble shooting of the tools access related challenges.
  • Support and Coordinate ERC pay components with markets based on project guidelines
  • Support TM vertical by pulling out reports, collating the data related to all the Core HR Process to ensure team can drive execution with Regions.
  • Support TM & OD lead in centralizing and standardizing core process needs across AMENA example: Mass Upload requests for PMP process/Nominations phase for Employee Surveys etc./Mass download of Assessment reports for all nominations across AMENA
  • Responsible to support Regions on-going management of Talent Management process billings for the global activities

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • MBA with 3-5 years’ experience in managing HR tools & data analysis
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyse, communicate, and reporting skills
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends
  • Experience with HR/Core/TR Process agenda
  • Proven ability of using data analytics to provide quality insights
  • Customer orientation – established and proven customer service mind-set
  • Continuous improvement
  • Cultural awareness & sensitivity – understand broad HR agenda
  • Ability to multi task and manage through competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
