POSITION PURPOSE AND PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Leads professional and front line recruitment in PepsiCo plants in Zeebrugge and Veurne
Manage, support and guide a small team (3 people)
Work with key stakeholders, hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver the talent acquisition strategy
Bring external market insights to TA, HR and Hiring Manager conversations
Build and execute Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment strategy
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a best in class recruitment service for all internal and external requirements
Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies for each individual requirement and conduct effective role briefing meetings
Write and promote engaging internal and external advertising based on a thorough role briefing
Direct contact with external parties (e.g. recruitment agencies)
Direct source candidates using a range of methods and tools, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
Shortlist, phone screen, support assessments/interviews
Effectively articulate PepsiCo’s EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to all candidates
Deliver a best in class candidate experience to all that includes informing candidates of PepsiCo's recruiting and on-boarding process
Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to effectively execute a timely recruitment process including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters
Build hiring manager recruitment capability by delivering recruitment skills training
Adopt a process and performance improvement mind set at all times
Input into functional attraction plans, to include social media

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education to degree level (Bachelor/Master)
Min 5 years of In-house or agency recruitment experience in a resourcing specialist role, preferably experience with managing a small team
Proven experience of direct sourcing, including use of multiple channels and methods
Interviewing and assessment expertise
Proven experience in managing and running multiple campaigns in an end to end recruitment process encompassing candidate and stakeholder management
Applicant tracking system experience such as Kenexa or Taleo
Experience with utilizing social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter)
Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
Must be collaborative team player
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Dutch and English a must )
Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
