- Franchise Lens/Business intelligence:
- Effectively support Franchise Dev Manager with the best analysis and information that enables accurate decision making.
- Build analysis to identify opportunities to increase business profits through revenue (incl. gross price and discounts), volume, share (vol & value), physical distribution growth for our different categories/brands within the regions / channels.
- Build Commercial Performance Review monthly deck/scorecard
- Ensure BDA Material commitments monthly tracking.
- Build Coop tracking
- Support to coordinate weekly volume flash within SOLA markets for the business and explain main drivers
- Work closely with PEP franchise/Planning/Marketing team as well as with Bottler's Sales Team
- Revenue Management:
- Support Franchise Manager on making recomendations regarding main Revenue Management projects with bottlers (Pricing Stragey, Pack-Price architecture, Pricing waterfall parameters, Portfolio Strategy) in order to keep PEP portfolio competitiveness while we increase revenue
- Develop a price tracking and analyze economic trends
- Conduct a weekly meetings with PEP LAB Revenue Management team and providing support on analysis requested by them
- Project management
- Lead one of the most relevant projects for 2019 (Single Serve).
- As a project leader he/she is the principle point of contact between all the areas involved to ensure its correct planning and execution.
