Role:
-Assist to set up beverage e-Com business model, develop beverage e-Com marketing strategy and product portfolio to build brand love and drive beverage penetration in e-Com platform;-To create digital eco-system leading to multiple purchase platforms esp. develop innovative digital /social contents to drive the media to shelf

Accountabilities:
-Familiar with China digital, social and e-Commerce trends, and have deep insight of on-line purchase behavior and big data analysis
-Assist to develop beverage eC-om marketing strategy and product portfolio to build brand love and drive beverage penetration in e-Commerce platform
-Assist to identify key digital / e-Commerce partners from industry, and leverage the unique recourses for Bev e-Commerce marketing campaign through negotiation;
-Collaborate with key e-Commerce partner, i.e. Alibaba and JD etc. to develop e-Com marketing campaign, for instance super brand day to deepen our relationship and partnership
-Work with each brand team to develop quarterly e-Commerce marketing calendar
-Work with innovation and PBB team to develop/import new product pilot launch campaign in e-Commerce platform
-Work with Global and local design team to ensure e-Commerce flagship store are appropriately coordinated and linked;
-Manage agency and other partners to execute programs flawlessly;
-Work together with cross team and set up the process on daily work
-Support PBB alignment on request basis.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above;
-5 years+ China digital and social experience; E-commerce experience is a prefer
-Deep insight of China netizen online/online purchase behaviors with hands-on interaction knowledge;
-Solid track record of developing brand campaign and branded social & digital activity
-Good command of English;
-Be creative and innovative and utmost doable;
-Proactive and result-driven mindset;
-Solid management skills both internally and externally;
-Flawless budget planning and management skills.
