Sales Strategy & Planning Sr. Analyst – Small Format & Away From Home

This includes the recent establishment of PBNA Juice Sector, a Business Unit that is charged with creating nutrition synergies within our Tropicana, Dole, Naked Juice, Kevita, Tazo, and IZZE brand portfolios to drive continued growth.

The Sales Strategy/Planning Sr. Analyst will support our Small Format, Away From Home, and PBC Chilled DSD field sales teams on key Juice growth initiatives and will represent voice of field within the Business Unit

  • Build internal relationships with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Leadership, and Internal Sales Strategy teams that lead/support the overall Juice BU brand portfolio
  • Build external relationships with PEP Customer Teams across Small Format & Away from Home
  • Serve as lead Sales Strategy voice across key initiatives by micro-channel as needed
  • Contribute content & leadership for Channel-Specific Brand Unity Day, AOP, Power-Up Presentations, Quarterly Sightline Calls, Cross-Functional Training, and key meetings as needed
  • Develop and own the communication process of Channel-Specific Selling stories by brand for all season-sell materials including Sell-Decks, Sell-Sheets, and PBC Advantage-app inclusion
  • Lead development and execution of Channel-Specific brand activation programming and promotions including ownership of POS, Merchandising Tools, Equipment, and A&M budgets
  • Lead interaction with Supply Chain & Demand Planning to include visibility on SF/AFH selling initiatives, new item acceptance, forecasting, and customer service decisions
  • Articulate relevant Customer & Market insights that assist in identifying potential Juice opportunities and risks across Small Format & Away From Home

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years of sales or sales related experience; preferably with a CPG organization
  • Ability to utilize data to create compelling selling stories that support key brands/initiatives
  • Strong presentation development skills – IE Development and delivery to various levels
  • Solid use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, influence and impact skills at all levels within organization
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and proactively influence strategic decision making is a key skill
  • Excellent analytical & technical skills – IE. experience with IRI/NPD syndicated data and consumer panel data as well as Excel and Power Point
  • Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision
  • Exceptionally results-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership
  • Must be willing to travel ~20%
  • Must be willing and able to work in the United States
