Job Description

This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the Manufacturing and Warehouse functions of the business.

Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities:

  • Control Raw Material & Concentrate inventory to support production
  • Reconcile RM inventory daily to determine key area of losses and minimize obsolescence
  • Partner with the Planning team to ensure on-time execution of Innovation and Promotions
  • Work with HQ and Vendors to resolve Supply and/or Quality issues with our Materials
  • Coordinate with Transportation Team to develop an efficient delivery schedule
  • Support Loss Analysis Team to eliminate waste
  • Order office, safety, and janitorial supplies as needed
  • Kronos (Timesheet) Owner and Subject Matter Expert
M&W Financial:
  • Maintain timely payment of invoices and purchasing card and reconciliations
  • Research invoice, payment issues/concerns for managers and vendors
  • Work with management on weekly forecasting and submitting of financials
  • Organize and Report monthly P-Card and APS Statement
  • Complete weekly financial/expense reports
M&W Employee Relations
  • Train/mentor new team members to help develop knowledge of systems and processes
  • Order uniforms for Operations team members
  • Support TPM OCCI (Employee Engagement) and FI (Focused Improvement) Pillar Teams
  • Join the CI (Cultural and Inclusion) Team to help drive our positive workplace experience
  • Follow all Plant Food Safety & GMP Requirements
  • Lead by example with it comes to the Safety of Self and Others
  • Support the location housekeeping standards – “Don’t walk by” mentality
  • Attend monthly safety training


Optimal Prior Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience with a Consumer Good Company
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills – Discretion with sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Respects & values differences, acts with integrity and operates with justice
