Here at PepsiCo West Balkans we are looking for a Controlling and Reporting Manager to join our team in Belgrade.

In this role you will be accountable for financial reporting and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver timely outputs. This position demands analytical skills, good level of business, accounting and reporting understanding and previous US GAAP experience would be considered as great advantage. You should have demonstrated the ability to have consistent and positive impact and contribution in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You should also have a proven track record in financial and cash flow reporting and working in a multinational environment.

  • Independently manage financial closing for all legal entities in West Balkans
  • Prepare and deliver relevant information for West Balkans entities in line with regional and corporate requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate data submission for all WB entities throughout the year
  • Independently coordinate and communicate with local and international key stakeholders
  • Full responsibility on balance sheet for West Balkans entities
  • Building and submission of Balance Sheet for annual planning and forecasting
  • Ensure proper submissions for monthly, quarterly and annual schedules
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting system data and partner with planning team to report actual performance and validate variances to enable business understanding and decision-making process
  • Support PepsiCo's Global Control standard (GCS)
  • Manage risk across balance sheet lines by sustaining and enhancing robust process for Balance Sheet Reviews aiming no surprises vs. plan algorithm from Balance Sheet items
  • Organize, prepare and assist West Balkans Controller in regular meetings about Company Financials
  • Provide support during annual audits (internal & external)
  • Lead and coordinate cash flow forecasting, monitoring and reporting within Control Team


  • University degree in Economics
  • 4-5 years of work experience in finance analyses an/or audit
  • Technical knowledge required and good FMCG business understanding
  • Good level of business, accounting and reporting understanding
  • Good understanding of US GAAP
  • Result and deadlines orientated person
  • Excellent level of English
  • Advanced MS Office user
  • Analytical skills ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Teamwork capabilities and communication skills
