The position is responsible for all sales support and administrative functions for PepsiCo CDSD distribution center in Landover, Maryland. Some of the essential functions of the role include payroll and personnel administration for all locations commissioned and hourly employees, sales customer database maintenance, asset inventory maintenance, facilitating equipment repairs, assistance with settlement paperwork for sales personnel, customer service and placing sales calls to pre-assigned customers, ordering supplies and accounts payable administration. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5 years' administrative experience, preferably with a consumer packaged goods industry
  • The successful candidate should have some experience with payroll and personnel administration, accounts payable (Oracle) and excellent computer and communication skills
