The Role

This role supports financial planning and analysis for Asia Pacific Business Unit. It is responsible for consolidating, analyzing and reporting of both financial and non-financial data and also includes project work from time to time


  • Support Annual Operation Plan (AOP) / Forecasting activities, calendar management, algorithms, cross functional alignments and development of action plans whilst ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
  • Monitor business performance through active engagement with Fields & Functions
  • Manage all FP&A reporting needs in terms or P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow management
  • Provide analytical support to APAC BU FP&A Director to help in the diagnosis and resolution of key issues
  • Provide/develop models, KPIs, templates and financial analysis as needed for performance management activities
  • Maintain databank for all financial information and presentations
  • Ensure planning models are built in line with accounting processes and policies
  • Manage all planning related reporting submission to AMEANA Sector
  • Manage planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting for APAC BU G&A


Key Skills/Experience Required

•Thorough understanding of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
•Solid understanding of the Accounting basics
•Good understanding of business operations and performance levers
•Graduate degree with specialization in Finance / Accounting / Economics; CPA is desirable
•At least 5 years post-qualification experience in financial analysis and planning role
•Multinational Corporations, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience preferred
•Fluency in English language is a must
•Advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills
• Possess a high level of inter-personal skills in order to deliver quality work while still meeting timelines
• Able to deliver under high levels of stress, juggle more than one task at the same time and able to prioritize work effectively
