PepsiCo is looking for an individual to champion our digital transformation within ESSA (Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa), leveraging digital expertise and previous dedicated digital role experience. This person will support digital strategy for the Turkey market&brands and develop activation plans to deliver against objectives. Propose and co-develop activation plans, working in collaboration with brand teams in the markets. To make that happen, he/she will need to define, influence, align and coordinate plans, whilst driving synergy and efficiency against the overall Digital Capability agenda.
  • Support and consult brand teams, Insights and media team in all digital marketing related areas (from digital insights, content creation, media planning & optimisation to reporting)
  • Develop digital marketing activations for brands with brand teams
  • Orchestrate the digital media planning, buying and optimisations
  • Manage relevant digital media partner and digital agency relationships
  • Be a part of the brand digital content creation team
  • Execute social media & digital data governance
  • Support the Digital Capability agenda
  • Support digital Insights agenda


  • Minimum 2 years relevant digital/brand marketing experience, preferably FMCG sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Digital Marketing expert: constantly updated on new trends, social media fanatic, knows and explains best cases from brands around the globe but always from the brand management lens: understands consumer insights, plans media to build equity, understand the role of digital in the broader comms mix, able to deal with consumers and customers
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial – creative strategist who is comfortable challenging status quo, brings creativity to problem solving through the use of innovative frameworks and technological solutions. Keen interest in brand engagement platforms, digital business models and new technology advances
  • Data Savvy – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities, experience of identifying & influencing a consumer across channels based on behaviour
  • Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute
  • Cross-cultural abilities - able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans in environments of diversity and uncertainty, and work with a positive “make it happen” attitude
  • Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver
  • Collaborative and honest – work with integrity as a valuable member of the virtual European digital team, sharing best practise and building on others work to drive synergy, agility and pace of change across the sector
  • Advanced MS Office skills
