Job Description

Represent our brands to all individuals who reach out via telephone, email, chat and written correspondence. Our department is very team oriented, self-motivating and empowering. Representative must maintain 60 or more contacts per day. Position is sedentary; majority of day is spent taking calls at your desk. Hours: Weekdays from 8:30am-4:45pm

  • Must be able to exercise empathy, tact, patience and professionalism at all times
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Team oriented and a strong team player
  • Punctual with excellent attendance
  • Ability to maintain composure when working with difficult situations
  • Maintain department standards of quality and quantity of consumer communications
  • Leadership capability as role may expand to training and cross-functional interaction


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience interacting with consumers/customers
  • Strong ability to empathize
  • Excellent diction, grammar, typing and writing skills
  • Flexible, positive, reliable and dependable
