Are you hungry to be a part of the world’s largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands? This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing analytical and process support to the Market Unit’s MEM department.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide Analytical and Process Support to the Market Unit MEM Departments to include:

  • ePAD support for Move and Service
  • Understanding AMS expert for Move Scheduling within the Business Unit
  • Manage Predictive Service Calls for the Service MES
  • Tracking and Support
  • Credit Card Transponder-Cashless Vending upkeep and support
  • Supports 3PO Parts Managerial Process

REPORTING ACCOUNTABILITY and ANALYSIS:


Weekly Reports:
  • Tech-created calls report –weekly to MEM
  • Subtype report—weekly to hub managers
  • Equipment Availability report—weekly to Sales
  • FTN work times report—weekly to MEM
  • National Account income report—weekly to MEM
  • Trend report—weekly to Director/MEM
  • Ledger report – MEM Ops Director / MEMs
  • P&L summary by Market – MEM Ops Director / MEMs

Period Reports:
  • Customer Service Key Performance Indicators
  • Forecast
  • Financials
  • Update all data for Executional Planner
  • Zero Volume Asset Report
  • 3PO Reporting

MISCELLANEOUS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Accountability for the MEM Operations Coordinator
  • Agenda for MEM Call
  • Cashless Vending
    • TID Requests
    • Entry of RDP serial numbers
  • Weekly Summary Clean Up
  • National Account Billing and Tracking
  • Scheduling/Coordinating Meetings

Qualifications/Requirements

OPTIMAL PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years experience with PBC Systems; preferably CETS, Edge Reporting, MEM ePAD, and AMS Routing
