What you'll do:
As the Finance Senior Director, you will support the business unit in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through development and execution of business strategies, financial stewardship of co. assets as well as providing financial services and implementing & sustaining Best Practice Tools and Finance processes. Fully responsible and accountable for financials; Balance Sheet and P&L.

Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
This role has the major accountability for finance performance supporting PepsiCo’s business.

Lead and align strategic planning, AOP, forecast and capital planning processes

  • Provide analytical and planning support in the development and achievement of performance targets
  • Support delivery of the Financial Plan
Support for business strategy development and execution
  • Provide analytical and planning support in the development and achievement of performance targets
  • Support team to outgrow KO on a reported basis gaining market share
  • Act as lead business advisor/negotiator on all financial matters; work closely with Sr. Management
  • Lead and support new business development
  • Be sponsor of business intelligence and decision support systems that will give business and all functions opportunity to improve business results
Governance and Financial Stewardship
  • Ensure the financial integrity of PepsiCo’s operations by safeguarding company assets and prudent balance sheet management
  • Ensure all principles and agreements of the JV document are properly followed
  • Ensure satisfaction of all legal, tax, accounting, management reporting and Corporate governance requirements cost effectively; identify tax saving opportunities as well as productivity improvements
  • Ensure spending (A&M) principles are followed
  • Establish a strong internal control environment and full compliance with SOX
  • Ensure financial viability of business
Performance Management
  • Clearly articulate operating performance in reporting, forecasts and the development of contingency planning
  • Full Balance Sheet and P&L responsibility for BU
  • Track and clearly articulate operating performance in reporting, forecasts and the development of contingency planning; recommend contingency plans as necessary.
  • Ensure timely & comprehensive business & financial analyses
  • Ensure/lead comprehensive & accurate Capex (incl. M&A) analyses & proposals
Build Capability
  • Sponsor sustainable continuous improvement within Finance as measured by cost, effectiveness and timeliness
  • Build financial skills and capabilities in front-line management and direct reports
  • Coach and develop direct reports building strong talent pool and bench
Front-line Financial Services
  • Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of cost effective front-line financial services (e.g. settlement and commercial administration, A&M effectiveness, capital investment analyses, etc.)


What you'll bring:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Accounting and/ or Control, Field Finance or M&A
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
  • Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities
  • Multicultural Experience
  • MBA, Master’s in Accounting, Master’s in Finance, a plus
  • English / Spanish Fluent
  • Experience negotiating complex multi-stakeholder contracts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experience in M&A Strategy
  • Ability to lead, develop, motivate and influence others (across all functions/levels), both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage complexity & multiple priorities at the same time
