What you'll do:
As the Learning LATAM Lead, you will be held accountable for the success of the Learning Capability, Platform, Enablement and Execution by driving strategy, model transformation and effectiveness while ensuring integration with the broader PepsiCo HR strategy and LATAM strategy. You will provide oversight and leadership for all Learning agenda for the Sector.
Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
Architect and Drive Learning Strategy development and transformation

  • You will articulate sector wide Learning strategy drawing on current and future business needs and industry trends
  • You will lead sector wide capability agenda complimented by an advantaged design, delivery, and technology optimized operating model
  • You will align and ensure approval (funding) for Sector short and long term Learning strategy aligned to PSP, AOP, and which optimizes an employee centric approach to learning
Drive Sector Learning Plan
  • You will compile, analyze and review technology and process (design/deployment) within Sector and serve as the primary learning interaction point for HR Business Partners and SMEs within and across sectors and company.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, gather, and negotiate learning requests
  • Deliver detailed AOP plan and ensure funding approval
Support Global Governance
  • You will prepare and present interim learning requests to the governance council and support global program deployment; develop execution strategies.
Content and Design Development
  • Review content of global programs being developed and provide business-level input as needed
  • Support the development of Global Program design or lift and shift opportunities in support of commercial plans
  • Support and connect curricula teams during the needs analysis and design process
  • Integrate content and design agenda, aligning priorities across Sector and Enterprise
  • Deliver content and design priorities balencing business and learner needs
Leadership Enablement
  • Increase the impact of learning and promote strong learner centric and technology enabled experience
  • Identify new ways to bring learning to our users and broaden reach (i.e., blended, digital, deployment etc.)
  • Integrate learning with daily business practices and demonstrate tangible value
  • Identify ways in which online resources, mobile learning and Learning Management Systems can be harnessed to support strategic business priorities
Execution/Delivery
  • Ensure standardized and efficient learning program design and delivery
  • Balancing core program delivery with true business enablers:
  • Identifying scale opportunities
  • Selectively improve cycle time,processes, and socially connected outcomes
  • Improve impact of learning content, optimized for learner and clear measures of transfer of learning (i.e., return on investment)
Communication
  • Understand existing and emerging learning program offerings and communicate availability and status to the business
  • Bring to bear Push and Pull communications to build awareness, drive usage and engage learners
Supplier Management
  • Set up and lead CoP for Learning SDT learning leads fostering a desire for functional excellence and ensuring organizational insights are accessible
  • Recommend potential design and development vendors across various projects
  • Work with global procurement and enterprise CoE to determine the best terms, platform and conditions for Sector
Evaluation of Program and value of learning
  • Understand learning participation and completion status for all learning programs in Sector
  • Review learning evaluation results and work with business partners to communicate results, progressively implement changes, and demonstrate impact
  • Ensure strategic alignment and increased impact of interventions as demonstrated across a number of effectiveness measures (e.g., transfer of training, program evaluation, competency based assessments)
  • Systematically infuse methods and measure of learning effectiveness using scientific method (e.g., quasi-experimental)
This position has the challenge to transform the ‘Learning’ across the sector in terms of strategy, operations (content design and management as well as deployment) and value offer. Using best practices across industries and internal experience, increase value offer to the business while accelerating capability and elevating effectiveness across the Sector.

Qualifications/Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Learning specialist expertise – able to deliver end to end process design and development using many different models, methods, and practice/theories of learning
  • Business partnering skills
  • Experience of facilitating and delivering training programs / learning interventions
  • Excellent influencing skills with senior partners and cross functional teams
  • External orientation (identifying and bringing in HR insights)
  • Core foundational knowledge of different learning methodologies / blended learning / digital offerings
  • Strong people manager with ability to give feedback, coach & build capability
  • Able to work and lead multiple projects through different phases simultaneously
  • Ability to design dynamic and effective processes from a systemic view maximizing organizational impact, while minimizing time, money, and other org resources
  • Externally networked – ability to follow external trends to stay current with Learning and Development Best Practices
  • Strong analytical skills – can see connections in data / transform data into meaningful insights and incorporate into strategic decisions
  • Demonstrable ability to oversee design and development of leadership tools, programs and interventions that build workforce capability and develop and retain HiPo talent
  • Ability to work well across different cultures
