India will be a global IT Technology Hub for PepsiCo. The global IT Technology Hub in India will play a significant role in the delivery of IT services across all five of our global capability teams:

  • Strategy, Planning & Transformation
The IT Strategy, Planning & Transformation (SP&T) team creates the PepsiCo IT strategy, and delivers insights and capabilities that transform IT. We are a small, global function with 7 distinct teams:
  • IT Strategy – creates the PepsiCo IT strategy
  • Portfolio Management – shape the global IT investment portfolio to align with our IT strategy and business priorities
  • Program Management Office – Develop & manage methods and tools for IT program execution, driving our move to Agile leveraging Clarity and SAFe
  • Supplier Relationship Management – Develop and manage IT’s global supplier portfolio, maximizing use of strategic suppliers
  • Technology Business Management – Drive transparency and insights across cost, consumption and value of IT services leveraging Apptio
  • IT Transformation – Define and manage global IT transformation roadmap and future IT operating model
  • Change Management Office – Develop and manage the subject matter expertise, methods and tools for IT change management and change leadership

We are Seeking a Project Quality Analyst responsible for supporting the PMO team by running project health reviews (Pre-Stage Gates reviews) with strong PICT Controls focus, ensures correctness of the Risk Assessment completion, provides Project Management support to PMO team members, and ensures capability build and OnBoarding to new resources. Additionally, will own reporting and develop new tools where needed, as well as data analysis based on specific requirements related to Project Manager’s performance. The role will be based in Hyderabad, India and will report to Project Quality Analyst Lead.

Functional Responsibilities:
  • Compliance – Run reporting to track adherence to process by PMs, remediate gaps when lack of adoption is identified, review PICT Controls / deliverables 4 days prior to Stage Gates, provide feedback to PMs, escalate issues to PM's line manager (where needed), update Pre-Stage Gates health indicator based on outputs of review (semi-manual report)
  • Onboarding / Capability build – Assist PMs with queries and general information requests, provide capability build resources / tools, run through OnBoarding procedure for new team members, reviewing standard guides, run refresher sessions on Methodology / Tools content, update training guides with new criteria (when applicable) - e.g. PM Toolkit, BRM Toolkit, knowledge share with other members of SP&T
  • Reporting - Gather data to be incorporated into defined Sector level reports, and design new reporting tools in a timely fashion using provided or new tools, ensuring proper data quality within the Sector. Adopt and provide inputs based on outpurs of PM Metrics report
  • Data analysis – performs ad-hoc data analysis requests regarding PICT Controls, compliance, PM performance
  • Communication – provide timely and proper communication and change management to ensure new processes land properly Taskforce participation and Administration - Support taskforces by being an active member (if applicable), and general administrative activities to support the function
