Job Description

Role:
Ensure smooth operation of the dispatch function, as well as the collection of delivery KPIs.
Accountabilities:
Ensure orders are properly transferred
Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery drivers information
Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan
Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR
Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries
Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and guidelines
Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when dynamic routing is available)
Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Technical background with experience in FMCG company is preferred
  • Good knowledge of main software applications (e.g. MS office applications, routing software)
  • Driving license is preferred.
  • Intermediate English proficiency
