Join the Frito-Lay North America Manufacturing Center of Excellence! Within Frito-Lay’s Supply Chain organization, we are fast-paced, results-oriented team leading the way in flexible, efficient manufacturing to meet customer and consumer needs. This role reports to the Senior Director of the Manufacturing Center of Excellence and supports the headquarters and field teams who focus on manufacturing efficiency, packaging automation, field operations support, and corporate sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Coordinate Manufacturing’s Annual Operating Plan, strategic planning process, and capital planning process. This includes assembling overall business and productivity plan build, financial planning for investment, assessment and reporting of progress against financial targets, and preparing and supporting presentations to senior leaders
  • Build and maintain planning models used to forecast progress against financial, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency goals and to guide investment decisions
  • Design robust and efficient business processes and reporting/analysis for the Manufacturing team.
  • Manage cost center performance for and forecasting/planning for multiple cost centers in support of the manufacturing mission
  • Develop and maintain online team site(s) (MS Teams/SharePoint/Global Brain/network share drive/etc) to ensure information availability to the field and HQ stakeholders
  • Support development and execution of field (plant) key activity and support venues and calendar
  • Lead/coordinate routine field calls as needed to communicate key financial and planning updates with plants
  • Develop and coach team members in business aspects of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Productivity, and Financial
  • Provide thought leadership to the team; motivate team members to find new ways to achieve plan goals, and drive evolution of the Winning with Purpose culture

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Business or Management.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, or related field
  • Experience with annual planning cycles and financial budgeting, planning and tracking/reporting.
  • Highly organized and can prioritize multiple complex tasks
  • Able to work well in a team environment, coordinate team activities, with minimum direct supervision.
  • Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
  • Strong analytical & problem solving abilities
  • Excellent analytical and communications skills and ability to translate ideas into graphical or visual form for effective communication
  • Clear, effective verbal communication skill- ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, to all levels of management
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Working knowledge of Global Brain, Sharepoint, MS Teams is a plus
