Descripción del puesto de trabajo :

  • Assist Brand Marketing Manager in develop and execution of the AOP.
  • Assist to BM in coordination and implementation of communications plans
  • Support Brand Manager in both creation and implementation of promotional actions and value campaigns (packs, promos, etc)
  • Coordinate agenda of Pepsi Platforms (Music, Football, etc) year round along with Consumer engagement Manager
  • Implement Pepsi’s digital strategy (interact with Engagement Manager and Digital Agencies)
  • Reporting accountabilities: analyze BI (volume, SOM, distribution, prices, etc) and propose business opportunities. Monitoring competitor activities
  • Cooperate with all the team in bottler’s alignment to assure flawless execution
  1. Agency Management
  • Coordinate daily interaction with the Creative and Media agency, in order to develop and implement every communication action/proposal in time.
  • Assist the BM in the media planning execution.
  • Responsible for the daily interaction with digital agency.
  1. Research
  • Business analytics: Analysis of Market research information (Nielsen, Kantar, BMS (Brand mind share), Scanntech, etc)
  • Organize and interpret data into information: Analyze hard and soft data to detect relevant information
  • Understand and apply basic research techniques (Nielsen Nitro tool, Ad hoc designs
  1. Team management
  • Guarantee a fluent interaction with the bottler in order to ensure alignment and leadership of every brand project.
  • Evidence high standards teamwork behavior and cooperation among marketing team
  1. Budget management
  • Assist BM manager in terms of execution & monitoring of brand's marketing budget

Qualifications/Requirements

Titulación / requisitos :Formación: Lic. en Marketing, Comercialización, Adm. de empresas
Experiencia laboral: 2 años en posicione similares
Manejo de Marketing Digital
Excel Avanzado
Ingles Avanzad
