Job Description

The successful candidate will maintain and develop strategic partnership between Supply Chain and IT functions by establishing effective communication channels, orchestrating and prioritizing IT function tasks with a primary focus on understanding and articulating business needs and driving value from IT investments. Also, candidate is expected to collaborate across IT to converge business and IT strategies, infuse innovation into business initiatives, shape demand for IT services and capabilities, and drive value-oriented results.


  • Oversees delivering value by shaping, managing and prioritizing IT demand, while ensuring that IT services and solutions meet or exceed business needs

  • Supports compliance, risk management and security strategies and programs, championing risk management and security discipline

Job holder responsibilities:

  • Builds strong relationship with business stakeholders within area of responsibility, PepsiCo IT Delivery and Operations teams (Global/Sector/Market) and external technology vendors

  • Supports development of strategic roadmap (i.e., defines the case for change, gains investment approval, identifies pursuit opportunities)

  • Stimulates, surfaces, and shapes business demand for IT products and services and ensures that the potential business value from those products and services is captured, optimized, and recognized.

  • Gives an input into budgeting processes for projects with <$50M budget

  • Utilizes unique integrated business engagement and oversight to coordinate efforts on solutions that involve large scale deployments and multiple business functions or functional expertise that crosses multiple business functions and IT delivery teams

  • Participates in identifying, assessing and promoting the use of new technologies for increased productivity



  • Education:

  • master’s degree in computer science or business preferred 

  • Skills: 

  • Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent

  • Ability to manage budget

  • Ability to solve highly complex problems

  • Influencing and concept selling

  • Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers

  • Strong project management skills

  • Risk management

  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills

  • Proficient level in Russian and English business language

  • Subject matter expertise in the area of functional responsibility: 

  • FMCG manufacturing,

  • plant engineering and maintenance,

  • shop floor tools,

  • quality control,

  • supply chain planning,

  • S&OP, 

  • service level negotiation and reporting, 

  • other supply chain processes

  • Experience:

  • managing a team preferred

  • SAP implementation/support

  • Minimum of 8 years of related IT or business work

  • Proven record of successfully completed IT and/or business projects
