Job Description

As a Finance Sr. Manager Sales at PepsiCo, you will be the key Finance contact responsible for providing the overall financial leadership and expertise in giving recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business.

Annual Operating Plan:

  • Establish Volume and Spend targets by account
  • Identify overall trade sending productivity
  • Evaluate and determine appropriate merchandising funds plan by account
Business Results:
  • Analyze net sales results on a weekly basis
  • Perform analysis versus forecast and plan
  • Identify investment opportunities to maximize return on trade spend
  • Utilize Uplift to eliminate non-profitable events
  • Work with KAM's to jointly develop promotional calendars
  • Work with KAM's to manage merchandising funds
  • Work with ZSLs on a locally managed accounts

People Development:
  • Work with Key Account Managers on systems and financial objectives
  • Develop and manage one direct report
Forecast:
  • Work with KAM to develop accurate forecast
  • Validate event level forecast
  • Consolidate local and national account volume and trade spend forecast
  • Aggregate full region P&L for each period
  • Ensure alignment with AOP (grow share, etc)
  • Lead calendar review process for small format customers

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business management
  • 3+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting or business analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
