Job Description

  • Lead the e-Commerce agenda in D-A-CH to deliver growth in e-Commerce at a stronger rate than offline sales
  • Own the online customer relationships, creating strategic partnerships with retailers
  • Lead the evaluation of new e-Commerce opportunities in retail partners building credible specific online Joint Business Plans
  • Develop operational excellence for all e-Commerce topics, coordinating / supporting internal efforts to build new processes to meet new requirements for e-Commerce business
  • Monitor and advise on hygiene factors relating to PepsiCo product performance on partner platforms and identify opportunities to cross sell and up sell
  • Create and maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions
  • Lead and deliver the e-Commerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in the market as identified in the Joint Business Plans
  • Develop a deep understanding of the merchant portfolio from internal and external data / insights
  • Become the internal e-Commerce ambassador providing guidance to drive digitization in Sales and Marketing

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of sales- /business development experience within e-Commerce and consumer goods
  • Analytical mindset & skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Account management experience (incl. Amazon Vendor accounts)
  • Proven track record of P&L management and budget delivery
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you
  • Cross Functional / matrix org experience
  • Fluent German and English language skills necessary
