Job Description

  • Responsible for partnering with the Central Function LTs to contribute to and drive successful HR initiatives that enable the strategic goals of the business (including balancing HR priorities and measuring success of HR initiatives, as well as anticipating trends to deliver integrated and proactive solutions)
  • HR lead for special projects that have transversal application across the EB HR agenda, ensuring flawless project management delivery (actions, milestones, communications), strong collaboration/alignment across all HR teams and functions and excellent quality
  • Develop in-depth understanding of how PepsiCo business operates - Go To Market strategies, P&L, etc. and use this knowledge to design and implement effective HR solutions
  • Serve as trusted advisor for business leaders for talent decisions at the organizational and individual level. Lead implementation of PPP and facilitate Talent Management discussions at local/functional level to generate high quality plans and outputs to feed into Regional and Sector PPP discussions. Develop local succession plans.
  • Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent
  • Support OHS Action Planning by tracking the completion of activities across the functions and providing updates to HRBPs and C&E team
  • Responsible, in partnership with TA, for the effecitive sourcing, hiring and onboarding of new talent into the organization

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in building talent and organisation HR strategies and successfully implementing them
  • Strong project management capability
  • Strong Coaching/Counselling skills
  • Collaboration, partnership and leadership capability skills
  • Able to build trusting relationships with managers and other HRBPs and SDTs
  • Leverages understanding of key business drivers to get results
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, able to handle multiple demands and priorities
  • Hands-on attitude
  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English
