Job Description

Main Purpose:

Support the E-Comm Lead towards business development within India Region, formulating strategy and drive the E-com Sales on key customer accounts in line with global e-commerce strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute the e-commerce strategy for region through key customer accounts
  • Support in contributing a regional perspective to enterprise-wide agenda setting for e-commerce.
  • Understand the e-com business models and the levers to establish category captaincy.
  • Support in developing the JBP with customers .
  • Evaluate relevant market competition and take proactive measures to drive the Sales & Share AOP delivery for the channel.
  • Develop insights with customers and drive strategic activation plans

  • Work closely with brand teams on the marketing plans & execution of all 3 categories across the key accounts .
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to forecast demand and deliver OFR .
  • Work closely with TS & commercial teams to ensure promo & visibility spends as per guardrails set for the business.
  • Support the listing & sell-through of E-com & multi-packs .
  • Establish & deliver the NPD metrics and ensure healthy mix of NPD revenue.
