Total Rewards SDT Leader
Principal purposeThis role is supporting the execution of PMF Operations compensation strategy in line with the broader Total Rewards strategy, while guaranteeing the competitiveness, alignment with buiseness priorities and COE guidelines.


Main responsabilities
• Coordinator to Operations salary surveys’s process
• Support that front line benefits are correctly managed while looking for alignment between collective agreements
• Support to design, redesign and implement variable compensation programs for Operations Positions
• Analyzes industry and market compensation and benefits surveys and research to ensure market competitiveness
• Continously monitors variable compensation programs, identify gaps with COE guidelines, and propose action plans to close the gaps
• Support Authority request Operations’s process
• Support Operations HRBPs with Job Valuations, Proposals and Side by Side analysis throughout the year
• Make analyzes to CompaRatio Ideal for Operations positions (L9+)
• Provides advice and empowerment to HRBP's on compensation and benefits function
• Support HRBP's in annual corporate & local processes: Focal Point, PTU, Bonus, Incentives & Salary Plan

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience and profile
Result-oriented
• Demonstrated analytical abilities a must
• Consultative skills – partnering with others to determine appropriate solutions to business needs
• 2+ years relevant Compensation experience, including direct experience with Operations compensation designs
• College degree in Industrial Relations, Administration or similar
• HR Systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office
