Job Description

  • Campaign management:
    • Agencies/suppliers briefing & coordination (creative, digital, BTL) under the close supervision of the Sr BM
    • Internal teams coordination – working closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, Commercialization, Finance to drive implementation
    • campaign status/evaluation – gathering data to build the results updates/evaluation, presenting to internal stakeholder
    • Responsible for A&M budget monitoring and reporting
    • Contributing to each step of the innovation/product development process: planning, designing and launching new product initiatives/product & pack changes according to internal PepsiCo procedure
    • Managing projects related to brand packaging, POS materials and other visibility tools, together with Trade Marketing dept;
    • External stakeholders management – creative, digital, BTL agencies, external label production suppliers etc.
    • Periodical brand performance analysis – Nielsen, Canadean, internal data, brand tracking etc.
Operational housekeeping – POs, invoices, contracts etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 1 year in a Brand Management related function in FMCG as preferred
  • Consumer centric view & market knowledge
  • Communication skills, networking ability
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical & organizational skills corroborated with attention to details
  • Proactive, self-driven, problem-solving ability
  • Strong drive for innovation
  • English proficient
  • Fully PC literate
