Job Description

The SCF Reporting Analyst is responsible for issuing of COGS reporting to key stakeholders throughout Europe (Sector/Region/Category). The role is critical in the provision of performance reporting to enable the Supply Chain to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention. The below documents what analyst will be responsible for.
This role is primarily focused on the ownership of COGS reporting, but there may be additional crossover involved in short-term project work.

Main accountabilities:
  • Issue AOP/Monthly Supply Chain Performance Reporting for multiple stakeholders across Europe
  • Single source of E2E reporting on Supply Chain Performance
  • Annual Plan (budgets, KPIs)
  • Monthly Performance Reporting Pack on Cogs
  • Preparation of Supply Chain PBR (COGS part)
  • Deployment of Reporting Framework
  • Issue harmonized reports that meet needs of all customers (not tailored)
  • Business process design to facilitate reporting framework
  • Support design of system solutions to facilitate reporting framework
  • Continuous Improvement and evolution of reporting framework
  • Maintain systems (current and future) in reporting scope (Excel, Alterix, Tableau)
  • Build/Develop In-depth knowledge of the system from all angles: User, Admin, Finance Manager
  • Co-ordinate Act updates / AOP Updates /RF Updates
  • Proactively identify required changes to ensure system fit for purpose/support customer requirements



Role will require:
  • Experience in Management Reporting
  • Good systems skills / appetite to learn system
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with engineering community
  • “Reasonable” influencing skills expected of a junior finance professional
  • Excellent understanding of Power Point & Excel
  • Excellent English
  • High level of detail orientatiion
