Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Proper and timely keeping of personnel documentation related to establishing, running and termination of employment;
  • Providing data necessary to calculate remuneration;
  • Monitoring deadlines and updating medical and sanitary inspections, employee rights;
  • Entering and updating personal data in the IT system;
  • Support in implementing HR projects;
  • Preparation of HR reports

Qualifications/Requirements

We will expect:

  • Higher education;
  • Practical knowledge of labor law;
  • Experience in working in a similar position;
  • Proficiency in system services (mandatory Office package, Safo and Płatnik is a plus);
  • Accuracy and meticulousness;
  • Good command of English;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Very good organization of working time.
