Job Description

Building business partnering with Media, Digital and Revenue Management
- Consult on Media Plans and provide recommendations on further improvements
- Lead Test&Learn agenda on Media and non_price promo initiatives including coordination between category teams and departments as well as results wiring on different forums
- Partner with In-house media team on planning, briefing, media analytics, and data strategies
- Build and improve partnership with RevMan consulting on price and promo strategies
- Drive sellout data pilots to develop capability in collaboration with Customer Activation team, Media Agencies, Sector and internal partners (Media, Insights, Marketing, RevMan etc.)
- Support personalization capability development through analytical support

Leading MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) center of excellence helping to wire results into business
- Expert support of ad-hoc projects led by category analysts
- Yearly MMM updating for key brands
- Driving constant improvements of MMM program
- Ensure excellent partnership with other functions and external partners

Unlocking Digital capabilities to drive better ROI
- Be an integral part of the team building Digital capabilities in Russia (MMM, Consumer Relationships Management, Social listening, Digital communication platforms assessment, Digital habits understanding, etc).
- Lead Digital for Insights. Look for opportunities to introduce new Insights tools to PepsiCo


  • Passionate about analytics (how to do things in more efficient way based on figures: ROI evaluation, maths models taking into consideration many factors etc.), ability to work with figures manually and at different levels of granularity;
  • Communication skills (ability to explain complicated things in plain words to business, interact with many stakeholders in complex matrix environment, keep in touch with people to manage expectations);
  • Leadership skills/seniority (ability to take others with you and drive changes in business by understanding their KBQ and finding most efficient ways of solving them), build partnership with senior stakeholders (media, digital directors, category marketing senior managers etc.)
  • Flexibility support principle "speed over perfection" and allow thyself to be imperfect and do assumptions if needed to give reco at needed granularity while keep promises and timings.
  • University degree and 5+ years of Insights/analytical experience
  • Exposure/experience of marketing campaigns effectiveness measurement (online / offline), ROI evaluation
  • Experience/exposure to econometrics (Marketing Mix Modelling) – the deeper – the better
  • Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from different sources into sound business recommendations
  • Understanding of digital/offline media environment is a plus
  • Ability to effectively navigate in a highly matrixed environment and get things done through formal & informal channels
  • Passionate about digital media and data driven marketing
  • Fluent English
