|Cross-functional business integration|
- Lead cross-functional integration initiatives to achieve seamless business processes across organizations with the primary focus on end-end business planning (IS&OP)
- In coordination with respective functional teams faciliate development of the most appropriated integrated business models to maximize revenue and NOPBT
- Lead cross-functional (CS&L, Finance, Commercial) business integration in CA to unlock growth and reduce Cost to Serve, deliver best-in-class availability across all channels
GTM transformation and change management
- Build and coordinate GTM strategy & transformation road map to address productivity AOP & SBP targets for CA & OCA business
- Ensure sustain & further development of GTM systems on business strategic changes to maximize its effectiveness & productivity
- In coordination with respective support Teams (e.g. Sales, Legal, Finance, HR, etc) faciliate definition and piloting of the most appropriated GTM business model with profit optimized design to maximize revenue and NOPBT
- Identify and adjust the best practices of GTM solutions through development of network cooperation with Other Market Units
- Align and lead commercial system development agenda: sales automatization for direct and indirect distribution systems
- Lead ERP system within the context of selling process automation agenda
- Liase with sales department to facilitate adaptation of the innovative IT solutions with the aim to streamline sales business operations
Technology enabled business transformation (iBUCCA)
- In coordination with business functions and BUCCA business transformation team define strategic design of IT-enabled, integrated and lean organization in CA
- Drive change management agenda to support business transformation driven by implementation of the strategic IT projects including SAP, Prolink, iSales, etc.
- Coordinate digitalization of CA business processes and deliver transformative scope in support of PSP and AOP initiatives to delivery growth, productivity and employee engagement
- Facilitate development and roll-out of the global productivity initiatives such as BOS and GBS
Planning and Budgeting
- Ensure preparation of business plans and budgets for all respective projects to establish business targets and provide effective resource planning required to achieve business objectives.
- Lead stage-gate process in the activities noted above to ensure organization efficiency, cultural transformation and post Project value evaluation
- Establishes and maintains at the required level and provides further co-operation processes with other departments within the PepsiCo to receive timely support in order to achieve transformation business objectives.
- Within the timeframe and corporate requirements established ensures preparation, consolidation and submission of reports for the managed functions in order to provide information required for making appropriate strategic and operational decisions.
