Revenue management is a key growth pillar for PepsiCo and increasingly important to the future success of all our brands. We’re looking for someone to join our Revenue Management Insights Team who can develop & embed ‘game-changing’ capabilities that help us make better revenue management decisions across the enterprise. A classic ‘integrator’ role, successful delivery will require extensive collaboration across multiple functions, categories, BUs and agency partners. Providing exposure to senior stakeholders across PepsiCo, the role offers either a great entry role for a high calibre individual from an agency/consultancy background or a broadening critical experience for an internal candidate looking to expand their functional and business footprint. In either capacity, the role provides an excellent foundational experience for more senior leadership roles within the organization.

You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Management Insights for Europe & Sub Saharan Africa and your remit will include identifying & realising opportunities that step-change the delivery of revenue management insights into our teams across the region. As a consequence, you’ll be responsible for developing truly industry-leading approaches to shopper & consumer revenue management insights. The type of projects you will be responsible for will include:
- Designing & building new approaches that puts PepsiCo at the vanguard of revenue management insights teams
- Embedding tools that identify & assess opportunities to systemically realise value across our portfolio of brands & products
- Leveraging advanced analytics to build new predictive methodologies that better validate PPA scenarios
- Provide consultancy support to Revenue Management & Insights Leads on complex pack-price and promotional projects
- Support the digitisation & governance of all our RM Insights approaches
