Job Description

  • Assist FP&A Manager during AOP process execution: development of the Annual Commercial Plan, Functional Budget Plan and Capability Plan to deliver growth targets.
  • Offer financial support for Selling budget owners ensuring effective coordination and alignment of main cost KPI’s to deliver main business objectives
  • Provide suggestions and solutions on Commercialization initiatives by producing P&Ls, “what if” scenarios, ROI analysis
  • Improve speed in FP&A processes thru automation, leveraging TM1 Cognos;
  • Prepare recurrent FP&A reports in alignment with Sector deadlines on monthly basis;
  • Assist FP&A Manager in Building P&L analysis anticipating risks/opportunities and taking corrective actions in order to have minimum deviations versus expected while support improving FCST accuracy on the P&L lines
  • Enable more accurate P&L forecasting, planning and budgeting across East Balkans, by delivering analysis on a monthly basis

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University Degree (Economic is an advantage)
  • Professional experience:
    • Commercial or Finance background is desired.
  • Good level of business acumen:
    • Highly analytical and problem solver;
    • Communicates persuasively to win support;
    • Commercially oriented& Understanding of profitability drivers;
  • Communications skills:
    • English: Advanced level;
PC skills: Literacy with MS Office.
