Job Description

Main Purpose

  • To manage an integrated and end-to-end process of translating Pepsico Foods brand strategies and directions into well-defined Trade, Channel & Category initiatives and activities to support achievement of volume and revenue growth targets in line with Annual Operating Plan
  • To create a winning PepsiCo’s in-store picture of success per channel, per product category


  • Facilitate building of Annual Operating Plan and align with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless planning and on-time execution
  • Develop shopper activities to increase baseline sales
  • Create channel programs to ensure consistent availability, visibility and accessibility of Pepsico Foods products in-store
  • Manage the development of merchandising strategy/direction, including relevant POSMs (point-of-sales materials) provide display recommendations and planogram solutions in line with brand vision & objectives
  • Collect and integrate sales execution data, vis-à-vis approved budget, and provide thorough analysis by channel & brand and share across with broader PEP Team (Marketing, Commercial) on a regular basis
  • Review post promotion evaluation report from Benby on a monthly basis and provide key learnings, lift and shift best practices from other markets
  • Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • As a control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with PepsiCo Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving a robust GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies (A&M Process).


Key Skills/Experience

  • University Degree; Preference in Business or Marketing Degree
  • Graduate of College Degree
  • At least 3 years of Commercial Experience (Sales, Brand or Trade Marketing), preferably in an FMCG/Multinational Company/Distributor
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Communication and Presentation Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Channel and Category Concepts/Dynamics
  • Competitor Insight (Organization & Culture)
  • POSM Development & Adaption
  • Experience in Third-Party Management
