The Digital Communications Associate Manager, Content Performance Optimization will lead the data and analytics for PepsiCo’s Corporate Digital Content team. PepsiCo has identified a strong need for “full-circle” analytics to help drive content strategy and investments, both from a proactive and reactive insights perspective. The content analytics lead uses various social/digital listening technologies and reporting tools to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization, targeting and channel selection across paid, owned and earned media channels. This person must be a social/digital expert and have extensive experience with digital media analytics and technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compiling and sharing data-driven insights to proactively inform content creation
  • Social listening around key topics of interest to understand the current digital landscape
  • Paid media amplification & distribution recommendations/execution
  • Generating audience insights and strategic targeting recommendations
  • Content performance reporting (paid and organic) and website reporting
  • Managing agencies, budgets and multiple work streams

Qualifications/Requirements

Must have experience with:

  • Analytical thinking and insight mining (ability to distill complex data into clear and meaningful recommendations)
  • Social listening platforms
  • Digital channel performance data management and reporting design
  • Paid media
  • Strategy and planning

Necessary attributes:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Top-notch analytical skills, but also creativity (art and science!)
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Digital thought leadership
