PepsiCo is looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Customer Marketing Senior Manager to lead the Marketing agenda for Little Caesars. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of accelerating growth within a key strategic channel for PepsiCo, one where we have leadership today and looking to dominate even further. The restaurant channel is strategically important in helping us build brands and incubate innovation. This role will make you an expert in Marketing to Millennials and young families as well as give you exposure to the highest levels of the organization. This is a marketing leadership role where you will lead the agenda with this experience helping you develop and showcase your ability to create meaningful consumer engagement platforms, developing deep consumer empathy to address consumer-based opportunities, and bring them to market to positively impact brand equity, sales and profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead development of marketing strategy for Little Caesars through collaboration with Channel team; defining the role of the Channel for marketing/brands, prioritizing brands and building activation strategy (esp. digital)
  • Support renewals by owning the Marketing agenda and working closely with sales as well as the Little Caesars leadership team to bring to life strategic brand marketing and innovative programs
  • Liaising with HQ Brand Building, Brand Marketing, Design Center and Field marketing across PepsiCo to ensure that we are bringing Best of PepsiCo to these opportunities
  • Work with Brand Teams & briefing agencies to build / develop innovative custom marketing solutions (bring new ideas and thinking)
  • Bring Insights-led thinking to assist in creation of partnership marketing strategies, creative development and sell in. Working with Insights team to ensure we have a insights agenda
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute and build partnership solutions that support brand goals across Pepsi, Gatorade, Quaker, Frito Lay and Tropicana business units
  • Leading the Agency work to bring together all the plans in the most compelling way for the Marketing Showcases. Galvanizing the team behind how this needs to be done and managing Agency and partner relationship to develop and execute the marketing showcases

Qualifications/Requirements

  • B.A. / B.S. with 7-10yrs of experience with Consumer-packaged goods or Food Service
  • Proven expertise in creative Agency management and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external constituents to execute in the marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability as a “big idea” thinker. Ability to think outside the box and come up with New & Innovative thinking that marries with business and brand priorities
  • Strong leadership skills (i.e. able to present to senior management as well as external Customer and Agency partners) and ability to influence and understand varied points of view
  • Proven relationship and communication skills with ability to interact with senior levels
  • Competitive spirit that loves the thrill on retaining business and going after new
  • Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Insights experience a plus
