Job Description

Role:
- Set the agenda of brand strategy and tailor made brand building/ product portfolio activities.

Accountabilities:
- Provide brand guiderail to customer marketing and bottler team;
- Develop brands’ activation platform including digital touch point for marketing communication ;
- Identify brand activation opportunity by matching brand’s
- positioning with customer’s positioning;
- Codevelop annual brand activation manual for customer’s regular promotion needs;
- Lead marketing related preparation in retail summit, new customer pitch;
- Develop marketing strategy, lead alignment of marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Ecommerce team to drive eCommerce business via utilizing database

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying nationalmarketing programs to achieve both equity and volume growth
- Ability to develop creative and cutthrough marketing campaigns across channels and medium to achieve brand objectives
- Selfmotivated,disciplined, passionate with the brand;
- Go to market / channel marketing / ecommerce knowledge
- Shopping marketing understanding
- Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidence;
- Strong analytical skills with processoriented mentality
