*This is a remote role within the North division*

Work in partnership with North Division leadership to drive the productivity agenda and deliver annual productivity improvement targets.

Lead Lean Six Sigma projects within PBNA in support of the North Division. Effectively lead and/or coordinate projects with the deployment champion and other improvement project teams.

Deliver Productivity:

  • Lead and support ideation sessions and Loss Analysis events to identify improvement opportunities and build AOP tactics to deliver productivity savings

Project leadership:
  • Identify opportunities and define and financially justify projects
  • Launch project teams and lead teams to execute projects with the problem solving methodology, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing team members
  • Identify integration issues with other projects/processes and coordinate the improvements with the appropriate project/process owners to accomplish the project goals
Drive LSS agenda and develop competency:
  • Develop and support LSS training plan across division
  • Provide coaching for LSS Belts (Green Belts and Kaizen Leaders)
  • Lead / facilitate project identification to develop productivity pipeline and projects for overall performance improvement. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems to measure project effectiveness and validate savings assumptions


  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of professional level experience in leading improvement teams
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • Solid project management skills and team leadership skills
  • Effectively communicate with all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing the division’s goals. Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals
  • The candidate for this position must be pro-active, analytical, process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer
  • Understand statistical analysis tools/methodology, project management, Lean Six Sigma, quality and basic financial principles and apply them to analyze the planned activities
  • Previous Black Belt or Green Belt background in Lean Six Sigma desirable
  • Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
