PAQ--Efficiency Lead

  • Line audits of V-Curve and bottle neck identification
  • Use of line balance optimization tool to determine the correct start/stop sensor setup and conveyor speeds
  • Use of the Drive the 5 methodology to create priorities for line efficiency increase
  • Implement PIT Stop process to improve flavor/package change over time and increase TE performance
  • Leverage the Corrective Action Tracking Database to ensure timely and effect action completion
  • Coordination with Maintenance Team to drive improvement in the Golden Wrench metrics
  • Work with planner to develop best practices and timing of overhauls
  • Eliminate efficiency performance drop after rebuild
  • Action tracking program design and report of action completion
  • Implementation of a plant wide Center Line Program
  • Use of Job Skill Qualification program to increase operator effectiveness and improve line efficiency
  • Development and administration of facility/machine cleaning programs
  • Report efficiencies, break down, identify trends and develop action plans for period meetings


  • Minimum of Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
  • Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred preferably food/beverage experience
  • Must possess strong skills, knowledge and capability in lean manufacturing, finance and accounting, project management, human relations, effective communications, and statistics/logical problem solving
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through consultative approach
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
