Job Description

The Process Design and Governance Leader will establish “end to end” HR processes across the employment lifecycle at PepsiCo (i.e., Hire to on-board, Learn, grow & develop, Transition/Retire). This leader will design, validate and implement end to end processes for employee/manager experiences across the enterprise to increase productivity, enhance existing HR services, deliver new services and capabilities and accelerate automation using robotic process automation. This person will also be accountable for designing/modifying and implementing processes for all global HR tool deployments with a focus on enhancing the user experience. The role holder will prioritize opportunities, align multiple stakeholders for sustainable and compliant implementation. Success in this role requires a proactive leader who has the energy and skills to solve process challenges.

  • Build the organization and capability to lead and sustain the implementation of harmonized and integrated process solutions
  • Develop an end-to-end process solution framework considering customer needs, affordability transition expectations to implement solutions consistently
  • Lead cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify disconnects/failures and design solutions
  • Engage stakeholders continuously to ensure understanding the “from/to” process change impacts and create change readiness action plans and adoption approaches
  • Implement solutions to provide delightful, engaging and customer focused experiences across the enterprise; govern the implementation of related initiatives for these solutions
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are documented, periodically reviewed and maintained
  • Establish on-going process management and ownership for integrated solutions, establishing KPIs, cost and people requirements for ongoing governance and continuous improvements
  • Plan and implement process improvements, operating model optimization and organizational design/integration initiatives as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation and influencing skills with ability to interface across shared services functional areas and HR at all levels
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment while transforming incomplete HR needs
  • Able to determine the best way to get things done, by talking the appropriate language and responding to the audience’s unique needs
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to share information across HR functions; manage stakeholders with diverse interests; make actionable recommendation
  • Coach mentor employees on process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in shared services organizations and designing & improving processes
  • Able to travel as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
