Now we are looking for this position:

HR Ops Assoc Manager

Main purpose
Point of contact for any technological requirement by our different HR customers across PepsiCo, providing them with solutions to make more efficient their processes and oriented towards a Global standardization. The role is a key enabler in any HR/IT initiative since we understand the HR core processes and are able to transform the functional user requirements into a technical/configuration oriented request.

The role has a scope, not only technological related, but also oriented to HR processes reeingeering, improving user experience and having an appropriate change management plan with the different stakeholders being impacted in each of the processes.

Once an initiative has been defined the position plays several roles during the project lifetime: starting with gathering and documenting all the information; defining technical requirements; reviewing system configuration; supporting user acceptance testing; leading communication and training with stakeholders; supporting during system implementation and go-live; finally documentation and knowledge transfer to our HR Ops Governance team.



Accountabilities –
-Implementation of Global Projects in the sector, participating either a leader or SME (ICM, Fielglass, ServiceNow, Pay Equity, Focal Point).
-Support Employee Central (PepsiCo system of records for employees globally) in order to make enhancements or fix known issues.
-Support HR Sector technological projects related to HR (Kronos – Time & Attendance in Mexico and CASA; ADAM - Payroll system for CASA; Fortia - Hire to Retire processes for LATAM, Conecta2 – Sales Transformation Project for LATAM).
-Support Mexico contract review process. Make sure all configurations are properly made in Employee Central and support during the testing phase of each of the 72 contracts.
-Maintain a constant communication with Global HR Ops team members in order to support Global initiatives, make enhancements to the different tools supported and fixed system issues.
-Work in the AOP of the HR Operations area and keep track of the budget spend over the year.
-Support Focal Point and Bonus process between systems (Performance Rewards Tool -< Employee Central -< Payroll Systems of each country).
-Reeingnering of HR Core Processes in order to achieve standard and automated processes Globally.
-Focus on improving the customer experience by simplifying and facilitating the different HR Services offered by the HR Shared Services team.

  • Advance English level (oral and written since 80% of the meeting are with Global teams)
