The IT Strategy, Planning & Transformation (SP&T) team creates the PepsiCo IT strategy and delivers insights and capabilities that transform Global IT. Our role in IT uniquely positions our associates to have end-to-end visibility regarding the future of our IT function and operating model, as well as integration with senior leaders across IT to drive the IT transformation. The IT Organizational Change Management Sr.Manager resides within the Change Management Office (CMO), a team responsible for creating and maintaining the standard for change management methodology, tools and templates in support of the global IT transformation. While PepsiCo globally offers change management and communications methods and templates, the IT Organizational Change Management Manager will partner with the CMO team and other stakeholder groups to evolve, personalize and bring these resources to life to drive change within PepsiCo IT.
Serving as a player-coach, the IT Organizational Change Management Manager will provide change guidance and support for the IT transformation and CIO strategic initiatives. Key objectives include:
1) develop and maintain an integrated change management strategy
2) develop change management skills across our global IT organization
3) increase change leadership, agility and resiliency across global IT
4) create and manage the standard for change management for the IT function
This role requires experience working within a fast-paced environment where managing frequent interactions across multiple stakeholders are critical.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Change Management Office in the IT Strategy, Planning and Transformation organization.
The job responsibilities include the following:
• Coordinate and align IT change initiatives across global IT
• Align the change management methodology with the project management office (PMO) to ensure consistency
• Engage key IT leaders and stakeholders to raise awareness of change management, the CMO and the governance process for support
• Provide change management SME to projects to set an example and prove the value, and to change the culture to view change management as an integral part of successful project implementations and adoption
• Set up the metrics of success for change management; measure and show results, successes via awareness and adoption scorecards, etc

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business, process, education, communications, journalism, psychology, cognition or related field​
Experience:
  • Minimum of eight years of related change management experience providing tactical execution of change strategies and plans, preferably following a structured change management methodology
  • Applying a change management methodology, as part of a transformation or other significant change within an organization
  • Establishing scorecards, awareness campaigns and working in agile ways
  • Comfortable hosting workshops with teams on communications, change management, and transformation
  • Understanding and articulating via written and spoken words the key concepts and value of building change capabilities
  • Ability to think strategically and convey stakeholder-specific messages effectively while building global relationships at all levels
  • Global experience is required; experience working in a Consumer Products, consulting, or IT related functions is a plus
