Job Description

This is a full-time position, the successful candidate must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and/or weekends.

  • Primary focus will be on executing all requirements of Packaging Testing (Torques, Seam analysis and associated data entry)
  • All requirements of Beverage Testing (Brix, TA, Senory, CO2, HPLC, DNC, ProBrix. O3)
  • Preparation of and testing Control Drink and Syrup analysis
  • HFCS, Sucrose, Glucose, and Orange Juice receiving procedures
  • CO2 and Nitrogen receiving procedures
  • Learn basic chemical testing procedures and acquire a working knowledge of W.H.M.I.S. documentation
  • Basic water treatment testing (Harness, Cl2, turbidity, etc)
  • Required to clean lab and instruments to satisfactory standard lab layout



  • Self-motivated, well organized, able to work well with others and under minimal supervision
  • Good general health, manual dexterity and fitness
  • Must have good computer competency skills
  • Must possess high numeracy skills
  • Must demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates good GMP knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Science Diploma or Degree is an Asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
