Job Description

Manage site employee relations/Industrial relations
Lead Long Term settlement to drive labour productivity agenda and building a long term positive ER culture

Administer local Labor relations
Feed local pulse to HRBP
Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws
Provide career coaching for local talent including Plant Leadership team, with emphasis on developing new manager talent
Help business/ line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc)
Driving Contract Labour Management and optimization of headcount for labour productivity.
Local community/government employment agency contact
Ensuring at 360 stakeholder management and engaging with external Union/local community as needed
Key point of contact for grievance handling for the site
Overall supervision for administrative accountabilities at the site
Assist TA to identify local sources of talent
Partner with SDT to:
Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement
Execute communications
Develop local succession plans

Play an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work(leveraging the COE work for local activation).
Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies

Qualifications/Requirements

MBA with HR/IR exp
