Job Description

  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of CS&L productivity and the level of rendered service by system strategy management, systems architecture recommendation, defining and implementing projects supporting the management of customer service, supply chain planning, transportation, warehousing and distribution.
  • Define and manage systems and productivity projects portfolio, secure project management capabilities, defines projects assumptions and leads the implementations.
  • Leads and supports sector and global projects implementation in PL Market Unit:
    defines and mobilises MU project teams, defines implementation schedules, plans and monitors MU Team activieties, reports project progress to sector and global structures.
  • For recommended changes lead contracting of services by organizing tender processes, selecting vendors base on internal agreed criteria, contracts services.
  • Translates business needs into IT requirements, utilizing knowledge in assigned business area and business objectives. Manages the definition of business requirements specifications Ensure it is aligned with the IT strategy.
  • Ensures optimal utilization of existing systems and tools by integrating their functionalities and adjusting them to evolving company needs, and by proactive development of users’ ability to effectively apply those tools.
  • Guarantee effective implementation of new IT systems and tools by properly defining expectations regarding their functionalities, collaborating with the IT Department in selecting providers, and ensuring effective transfer of knowledge and skills to the Logistics Department employees.
  • Developing of business cases, preparing and monitor project budgets.
  • Assistance in creating best practices and close collaboration with regional counterparts.
  • Promotes effective collaboration of CS&L with other functions (mainly Sales, Finance and IT) by aligning with them planned changes and involving them in the implementation of projects.
  • Team management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master degree in Information Technology, Logistics or Economy.
  • Overall work experience 7 years, incl. 3 years in FMCG business.
  • Good managerial skills allowing leading the team of individuals and high level specialists
  • Proven program and projects management skills.
  • Ability to reach targets in dynamically changing environment, under time and quality pressure.
  • Vendor management, negotiation and contracting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Service and Logistics processes.
  • Excellent working knowledge of IT systems in CS&L inc .: JDA/WMS/Oracle/SAP.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good command in English, written and spoken.
