The eCommerce channel is the fastest growing segment in the CPG industry. PepsiCo US eCommerce team is building capabilities that leverage strengths in eCommerce sales, distribution, digital marketing and product/package development to enhance online relevance and sustainable long-term advantage.

The
Walmart Online Grocery Sales Lead ( Director) will support the rapidly growing Walmart Online Grocery business, working across BU’s to build a competitive advantage for PepsiCo.
The Walmart Online Grocery Sales Lead is responsible for key areas to drive success:

  • Own OG Customer Call & Business Results
  • Drive Share Gain/Outpaced growth vs category
  • Integrate into JBP/AOP process & In-Store Sales Calls
  • Drive Omnichannel digital integration
  • Drive Big Bets integration with in-store
  • Amplify In-Store and Drive New & Lapsed Users via WMX
  • Leverage Data to Drive Business
  • Utilize data to raise org collective IQ
  • Build automation tools to leverage data & guide decision making, efficiencies
  • Improve Supply Chain Performance (In-stock/OTIF)
  • Increase training/learnings from field level that drive DSD advantage
  • Utilize data to raise org collective IQ
  • Leverage data to guide decision making, efficiencies through automated tools
  • Test opportunities around sampling and impulse to drive trial
  • Unlock new capabilities to build baskets and drive loyalty

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BBA in Business/MBA preferred
  • 10 plus years’ experience in Ecomm or Customer- facing leadership role in a Consumer Product Goods Company
  • Experience leading initiatives across multi- business including strong performance in sales environment
  • A track record of building strong relationships
  • Strong influencing skills
  • FLNA HQ based
