Job Title: Strategic Venturing Manager

Duties: Develop and maintain a set of analytic tools to identify, track and assess target brands. Develop and maintain financial valuation models and financial assumptions. Collaborate with PepsiCo business teams to synthesize industry/category dynamics. Support all aspects of business case development and deal execution. Assess market conditions, identify industry best practices and emerging trends to identify new cost reduction and value creation opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Prior experience must include experience with annual planning and forecasting; financial planning and analysis; business performance evaluation; near and long-term target setting; cashflow management and capex proposals valuation; running the end to end investment approval process; drafting investment memo documents intended for Senior audience (e.g.: C-Suite); interpreting and reporting on operating performance, forecasts, risks and contingency planning; and leveraging systems and data sources to assess performance and actionable targets.
