Job Description
Main purpose:
- Manages categories development focusing on penetration and SoM growth and new categories (mineral water, energy) unlock for PepsiCo. Managing current categories Colas, CSD and IT with full mix support: marketing and activation plans, P&L, portfolio management and Pack Price Arhitecture.
Main accountabilities
- Categories Strategy development and implementation for CSD and IT and new categories unlock for PepsiCo (Mineral Water, Energy, Ice Coffee).
- KPI: SoM Vol & Val, NR, GP, NOPBT
- Portfolio management and Innovations
- Management by brands and realization of strategy and annual plans :
- Planning and management by a budget
- Leading of categories calendars
- Participating in drafting of trade-marketing calendars
- Budget of brands and P&L
- Pack Price strategy for current and for new categories and realization
- Providing of maximal profitability of investments in brands
- Marketing communications:
- Planning the strategies of communication and resources
- Management by a personnel, educating and development of employees
- Monitoring and analysis of efficiency of brands and categories :
- To manage the program of actions on the analysis of data.
- Preparation and management of research projects for brands.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master Degree in Marketing/ Economics
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Brand Marketing in a leading FMCG company
- Additional experience in Sales Operations \\ Trade Mktg \\ Retail as a plus
- Knowledge and practical experience with a wide scope of research methodologies
- Understanding of analytical tools is a plus
- Budget management background
- Fluent English
- MS Office – advanced user (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
