Job Description

The IT Hub Integration Lead is responsible for the delivery of high-quality technical interface solutions for S/4, Salesforce, JDA, and other Enterprise First applications. This will include owning for the overall integration delivery roadmap and designing/implementing re-usable frameworks and services that will enable projects to be delivered with shorter lead times and higher quality. This role will manage the Integration Competency Center and also partner with other IT orgs (such as infrastructure, enterprise architecture, etc.) to plan and deliver comprehensive interface support for each project from pursuit/estimation to deployment/Hypercare.

  • Manage delivery by the Integration Competency Center which includes the evaluation, estimation, design, configuration,build and testing of new interface requirements/change requests initiated by sector projects

  • Design and implement integration frameworks to provide scalability, reusability, and performance optimization

  • Facilitates process governance with D&D Solution Architects

  • Partner with strategic vendors to develop flexible staffing models

  • Establish operating procedures and ways of working for the Integration Competency Center

  • Manage Integration Competency Center baseline budget and ensures budget and productivity objectives are met

  • Ensures all quality, compliance and fiscal standards are met

  • Ensures effective resource utilization across the Integration Competency Center team

  • Stays up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means

  • Provide mentoring and training to less experienced team members


  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required

  • 12-15 years of experience of leading large SAP integration projects

  • Strong industry and technical expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP’s older middleware products (XI/PO and BODS) as well as knowledge of SAP’s latest S/4 integration tools (SCP-IS, SLT, SDI)

  • Experience with other middleware tools (especially Informatica and TIBCO) is preferred

  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project

  • 2+ years of leading integration teams, including experience managing large global teams

    • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

    • Solves highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams

    • Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage annual budget

    • Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent
